Security — MyDailyCheck

What we collect, where it lives, and what we'll never do.

MyDailyCheck handles information about the people you care about most. Here's exactly how we protect it.

What we collect (and don't).

MyDailyCheck stores only what we need to do our job: names, phone numbers, addresses, the schedule you set, and whether each check-in was answered.

We do not record calls. We do not save audio of what anyone said. We know that they answered — not what they said.

We do not track location. The call is just a phone call. It doesn't tell us where anyone is.

What we collect

  • Their name
  • Their phone number
  • A check-in schedule
  • Answered / missed

What we never collect

  • No camera or video
  • No GPS or location
  • No microphone listening
  • No wearable device
  • No call recording

Where your data lives.

Everything is hosted in Canada — on Supabase's ca-central-1 region. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Role-based access means staff at care organizations see only the residents they're responsible for. Family members see only their own people. Nobody sees more than they need to.

Every event — calls, responses, alerts, edits — is logged with a timestamp. There's a paper trail for everything that happened.

What we'll never do.

Sell your data. We're a subscription business. That's how we make money. We don't have advertisers and we don't sell to data brokers.

Record the call. The technology exists. We chose not to.

Track location. Same.

Show third-party ads. Ever.
