All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Database encrypted at rest. Industry standard protection.
Our database runs on Canadian infrastructure — Supabase, ca-central-1 (Montreal region).
Family members only see their own loved ones. Care staff only see assigned clients. Nobody sees everything.
Every phone number is verified with a consent call before any check-ins begin.
Every check-in, alert, and status change is logged with timestamps for full accountability.
We never record phone calls or store the content of text messages. Privacy by design.
